I broke a 14 year contract to get in business with this company. Brett had made appearances throughout the previous year and when I finally decided to listen to what he had to say I realized that I needed to change janitorial services. He mapped out and implemented the change out (14 acre property with several buildings and a museum) and after launch day Alex took over.
