I'm disgusted with this company. The good reviews do not pair well with I have witnessed. They only cared for my friend for less then a month and I have a whole list of reasons to not use them or trust them. 1. Eric is rude, when he was asked to correct simple things in order to help the patient, he chose to respond with an attitude and then cut off communication completely 2. After receiving poor, unpredictable, and unreliable care from other medical ride services in fargo i landed upon COLLECTIVE CARE SERVICES and after my 1st ride I knew I found the service for me.. ERIC IS COOL, CALM, and COLLECTED.. I have not one time had a reason for a complaint.. thanks guys!!
