The employees claim to have called out order, but if so not that was audible. Food sat and got cold and spicy. When asked employees got rid about it.
I’m getting so tired of the inconsistency. Every time I go it’s either fine or they forgot to put something in. And I get the same thing every single time. Last time she used the last of the milk in one carton (just a splash - so it was half a drink) and didn’t stop to open a new carton to finish the drink. I had to go back and ask her to finish filling it up. Girls working there were awesome. Everytime we drive through Louisianna, which is rare, we would stop and get a mochasippi. We drove 2 hours out of our way to get one this trip. They have changed the recipe. Its not nearly as good and I won't go out of my way next time to get one. Now it's no better than any of the other coffee chains. Such a disappointment. Service was great but the product chang ruined the experience.
My favorite spot in Shreveport! Coffee is actually coffee not just milk and cream! The people are the best!
