Girls working there were awesome. Everytime we drive through Louisianna, which is rare, we would stop and get a mochasippi. We drove 2 hours out of our way to get one this trip. They have changed the recipe. Its not nearly as good and I won't go out of my way next time to get one. Now it's no better than any of the other coffee chains. Such a disappointment. Service was great but the product chang ruined the experience.
My favorite spot in Shreveport! Coffee is actually coffee not just milk and cream! The people are the best!
I have been a loyal customer for years, so I wanted to share some honest feedback after my visit today. I was surprised to learn that my usual order increased from approximately $14 to $23. While I completely understand the impact of inflation and rising costs, that level of increase feels excessive and may push away long-time customers. The new mix is horrible. We even took it back in to request a new one and it was even worse after waiting until the entire drive thru was served even though we had already waited through it once. $22 for two drinks that were undrinkable and disgusting. I used to go every single morning because it was phenomenal, literally spending that much everyday but I won’t be back now because of it and the crew is not near as friendly as the old one.
