Karla was a breath of fresh air this morning. She came to the window smiling AND was able to maintain a light conversation and make me laugh. This is a rarity in customer service right now, as many have the personalities of a doorknob. The Mochasippi was delicious, and Karla was EXCELLENT!
First time here and the forster banana & chicken burrito was very good. Definitely my favorite coffee place.
I ordered cappuccino and it came up full of liquid and some foam on top. The cup was heavier than Latte. When tried to get it fix the Barista was not expecting he made a wrong drink and forcing me to believe that this is how it comes.Then he gave a cappuccino which was cold. Please educate them how to froth milk for cappuccino and what amount of foam is required. Thankyou
