I pulled up to order, was greeted and asked for my order. I wasn’t sure what I wanted flavor wise but I always get an iced soy latte. I ordered that and then when I figured out what flavor I wanted, I asked for half the amount of that flavoring. The girl at the window was demeaning and was screaming at her coworker about how I was “dumb” for how I ordered. I used to work in customer service, so I get if you’re having a bad day, but to do that in plain view of the customer is uncalled for. I will not be returning

The workers are good BUT i ordered their new size XL or “Super Duper Grande”……. and what is this??? Paid XL price for a L drink smh
