Been a loyal CCs customer for years now and this location for some reason is continuously inconsistent, slow, and rude. I order the same singular drink every visit and they always get it wrong. How hard is it to not put cane sugar in my drink?? My only request every time and they still do it. I reiterate that I order it no CS and then I get an attitude from the employee at the window. Still, I tip them every time. Save your time and just drive a few miles down and go to the other locations, like I’ll be doing from now on.
This was my first time at this location. I have been to multiple other CC’s around the Lafayette area and I always get the E 22. To pay almost $8 for a drink plus a dollar tip, there’s no reason why I took 3 sips out this drink and it’s almost halfway done. It’s WAYY too much ice and I didn’t ask for extra. I didn’t notice how much ice it was until I left. I paid for more ice than the actual drink, which wasn’t that great either. Train your team to be consistent.
The consistency has severely dipped. Regardless of how we order our drinks, the amount of espresso and syrup seems to be completely random. Lattes seem to be all that's reliable now.
I absolutely love CC’s coffee. I grab a coffee every morning. I’m not sure if this guy was in training today or just can’t handle stress but he was extremely rude and unprofessional this morning. I have worked in the service industry for over 6 years. I understand it all. But this was uncalled for. To start, I ordered an iced latte ADD hazelnut and vanilla.
