The precious young lady who was working the register was being belittled by what appeared to be the manager, when I walked up. The girl had to force a smile to greet me. I also work in the restaurant business and I'm a supervisor. I would never speak to my team members like that. Then the manager kept up with the rudeness when I said I only wanted a sausage cressant bc she said, very rudely, "I can't do that and now nobody is going to eat this!" What?!
