They are ALWAYS so incredibly slow. Each time I come here, the drive thru takes a very long time regardless of the amount of cars in line. I typically wait 6-10 mins. No on inside seems to move with any sense of urgency. I started going to the Starbucks across the street.

This used to be my go to place. I recently visited this café and, unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. I ordered a coffee, which arrived lukewarm and unappetizing — not the comforting pick-me-up I had hoped for. But the lack of warmth didn’t stop there; the customer service mirrored the temperature of my drink.
