I love this CC's! I've been going there on my way to work for a long time. However, there is a noticeable difference in the quality of their medium roast drip coffee. For the past several weeks, I have noticed the coffee itself tastes burnt (I take mine black so it is jarring when you taste ash). Not sure if it is the quality of the beans or their machines being old. I find that the customer service at this location is great and the employees seem happy. I may have to start adding sugar to battle the burnt taste.
