We had water damage in our basement in September 2024, and needed professional help. We contacted CCS in Faribault. We were immediately impressed with their knowledge and experience. They put a plan in place to remove all damaged property (flooring, drywall, insulation, etc.) and thoroughly document their work for insurance purposes. I recommend CCS.

CCS cleaning did a great job. They were easy to work with even at a distance (I was arranging a cleaning for my mom’s carpets to sell her house from hundreds of miles away). They showed up on time and communicated with me every step of the way. The carpets look great!

CCS Cleaning did a great job for us. It was a huge job, they arrived on time and finished when they said they would. All of our carpets look great. We will definitely use them the next time! We were also pleased with the price...

Andrew cleaned some living room furniture for us. It had a white background and when they were completed they looked brand new! We had never seen the furniture with that bright white of a background before. We are very pleased with the work that was done. I highly recommend this company to all!

CCS Restoration is adaptive to the needs of the customer. They originally came for water damage control and Restoration and later picked up flooring and fixing. The key i have seen is the manage is very approachable and answers to the urgency and understands the customer. Being available and communicateling and ensuring the job is done is very important. They acknowledge any mistakes and correct them and keep customer happy. Thanks to CCS Restoration
