Office staff was nice. Kondapalli needs to work on her bedside manner and would benefit from learning how to provide compassionate care, there are tons of research and guidelines out there about compassionate care. She was extremely rude in the beginning of our appointment and told us she never received the paperwork and history we provided. Her tune changed when she realized she would have to give us bad news and she tried to be nicer towards the end, however she was unable to provide us with a name for a reproductive immun... read more
