Frustrating experience at CCRM Lone Tree. During check-in in March 2025, front-desk staff questioned me about my service animal in a way that violated ADA guidelines, including pressuring me to disclose my diagnosis publicly; right before a scheduled procedure. I raised this with management and got no response. I had to restart services at another facility due to the lack of accountability.
CCRM was super welcoming and warming to me and my husband. Everyone we dealt with was super kind and patient with us. We traveled from KY to CO to attend this appointment and we had the absolute best experience.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at CCRM Lone Tree for my transvaginal ultrasound and HSG. I previously had a terrible, highly traumatic HSG experience at a clinic in Greeley, so I was incredibly anxious coming into this appointment.
