Do not go here. Customer service is atrocious. I was formerly a patient at CCRM. I had some eggs placed in cryo storage several years ago. I wanted to end my cryo storage and have called countless times (at least 6 or 7 times now) and have been told someone will get back to me but no one ever does. They just pass you around a call center and no one helps you. This is crazy, how can I be charged for something I can’t cancel? Everyone at CCRM is fabulous! I met and had appts with several different providers all in one day. They were all so kind, informative and helpful. Everything from the scheduling, procedures, and timeline was seamless. Each person I had contact with was professional and caring, even down to the staff at the food kiosk. My time at the clinic was comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend CCRM!
