Sharing the unacceptable customer service from CCR Sales Service . As well as Kioti for not standing behind a $40,000 purchase of a Kioti CK4010 Tractor , Loader , Backhoe. After waiting months to get my Kioti , I started my loan on July 15th 2021 When machine finally came in. 1yr and 9 mo ago , according to my records. at the 153HR mark , my KL4030 Loader is now 1 1/2" lower on the RH side than the Left. RecommendedIm from NY and was in the market for a tractor , Jake was helpful and responsive, had it delivered to me in NY within the next day but had an issue with it. Jake was awesome and let me go with a different brand and he had it delivered to me the next afternoon! He went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of for the weekend, great customer service
