Long delays between meetings without any updates, they dont let you in the meetings with the child.Visited my child at the school without informing us prior as to what dates etc. Refused to give the written evaluation in english (mother toungue of my child). Poor communication and then was told not to communicate with them when asking details on the report or questions to the diagnosis given.
