I was a client of CCOR while homeless, fleeing domestic violence & experiencing liver failure. My case managers were Katie Pruitt & Sam Russell. They refused to provide meaningful assistance, I was neglected while hospitalized & Sam overtly sabotaged & obstructed housing opportunities - it escalated to the point Fidelis became involved. Worst company I ever worked for in my life never again I don't appreciate being randomly threatened & mistreated by someone staff some of my clients were ok either they didn't want me to leave them as a PCA or to come back....&& vise versa I appreciate the opportunity to learn and get certified but the things I went through on my shifts at times ....not cool not ok whatsoever I am not CCOR as a whole only one person I could only do the best I could with the knowledge I had praying that all my old clients are doing well hopin... read more
CCOR’s Health Homes program routinely accepts more clients than they can properly serve. I strongly believe the Health Homes per member, per month payment model is being misused. Interactions are documented performatively & the programs services aren’t delivered. This is systemic neglect & a misuse of Medicaid funds. If you’ve had similar issues, report to the NYS Office of the Medicaid Inspector General. This office needs oversight, unacceptable.
