I am a client at CCOR, my care manager was Katie Pruiett. Terrible experience. She did not support nor help me with anything. She was also insulting - inappropriate comments, neck & eye rolling, just off putting. Glad I don’t gotta deal with it anymore, exhausting. CCOR is alright, I just unfortunately had a bad experience.

This is an awful company. I was transferred there and work my tail off as casemanager. 30 assessments in one month, meaning 30 care plans following month. It's absolutely unheard of. I was exhausted, burnt out and actually completed it all. Once I was gone, I could breathe again, until Jan came and they refused give my w2 form. I reported it to irs, I finally got what 2 in April. My advice, do not work there, do not get services there. Care Management team has no time for you because ccor breaks their backs.

Once I complained, he discontinued caring for my dad, but was kept on their staff !!!???!!! After a month or so wait, I got a female assigned to us. After two month... read more
