We have special needs adopted children and Blossom was recommended to coordinate services from several providers. Our first case worker was fantastic and helped immensely making recommendations and aligning services. Unfortunately she left and her replacement has a God complex. After we have cared for our kids for years she determined after one visit that we were neglectful in our care and reported us to CPS for neglect.
