Going on 7 business days now waiting for Dr. Lubin to sign a physicians orders to get my grandmother who has dementia placed in an assisted living facility that specializes in this. She cannot be on her own and my dad is in ICU on a ventilator and unable to care for her now. The staff first sent the records to 3 different wrong places then they ignored the form the doctor has to sign. I brought my grandparents to their appointment because last week they had an appointment, and waited an hour and still wasn’t seen and left. So I brought them and still waiting over an hour, and was told several people were still ahead of them. They have like 8 people on a computer that should be in the back moving patients in and out .
