This office, as well as the Doctors, provided the worst experience with a medical facility ever. I have been taking a medication for 17 years and they made me jump through hoops to continually charge me more fees. Ultimately I had to go to another facility to get my medicine because CCOM would not do it. I asked how much was owned and I was told I was paid in full. Referred and set appt a month ago, never heard from them, called 3 days prior to appt, they can't find labs, spent the day getting those to them, get to the appointment ended up waiting 2.5 hours. Finally got an office manager, complained and left. Wasted a whole work day due to their BS.
