This place sucks waste of time
Had been waiting for a part since August. It's a week away from the New Year and we've been through all weather from melting to freezing in our home with a baby and chronically ill kid because they were getting this part. Make one phone call out of desperation when the HVAC company finally gives us their info and all of a sudden that same moment, they find the part.
