Horrible service, void it if you can.
I would also give this clinic -☆s they really only work for the insurance company. No wonder they can't keep staff! So deeply disappointed
I think this place is great! It is efficient and clean! The provider is super friendly and listens well! Highly recommend for work comp needs!
Every time I've called about billing issues I get different answers and passed off to different representatives. It has taken over 3 weeks to receive a refund (from a payment that was incorrectly processed by Centura) and when I called again today they said they have no record of me calling about the refund before. Very frustrating company to deal with!
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Did a pre-employment physical 2 weeks ago. New employer has not received my results. Family and I have relocated 1,600 miles for the new job and I am waiting to go to work. Waited an hour to be seen, and an hour for a price of equipment to be set up.
