I’m grateful that Dr. Luongo is very knowledgeable about menopause management. She gave me options for treatment and helped me understand each one . I’m happy I am under her guidance during this very challenging period of life . I’m confident that if something I try doesn’t work that she’ll be able to offer other treatment until I’m comfortable.
I developed an issue in Dr Breakstone’s absence. Dr Luongo was the provider assigned to me. She was cold, had zero bedside manner, and treated me as more of an “inconvenience” than a patient. I will never see her again.
A caring team. Atmosphere was inviting.
