I have always been very happy with everyone at CCOG. I started going there in 2014, they were great for both of my pregnancies, making sure I met with each doctor so I would be familiar with the one on call when I went into labor. Friendly, approachable, I highly recommend this practice!
Southington office Receptionist needs training ASAP! My dogs have way better behavior than them . They would’ve gotten no stars from me.
Cassandra was amazing during my IUD insertion. She explained everything, talked more about my options, and helped me make an informed decision about my care. They even had snacks to help avoid passing out. Felt very taken care of.
Dr Carmelina and her nurse laugh about patient health concern , they was calling each other to talk and laugh about patient medical issues ,so sad to see this happening.
I switched to this office after being at another practice for over 10 years. I have nothing but good things to say about the entire staff and the doctors at this office. My experience with Dr. Luongo & staff have been night and day compared to the practice I came from. Highly recommend!
