I have been coming to CCOG for years & genuinely love all the staff! Dr. Luongo always makes a point to take her time explaining everything & is extremely knowledgeable, which puts me at ease, especially when I have questions or concerns. I have yet to meet 1 staff member that isn't friendly, however, 1 truly stood out to me today.. Kiana (front desk receptionist in ultrasounds/scanning dept). Dr. Shea is the best!
I have always been very happy with everyone at CCOG. I started going there in 2014, they were great for both of my pregnancies, making sure I met with each doctor so I would be familiar with the one on call when I went into labor. Friendly, approachable, I highly recommend this practice!
Southington office Receptionist needs training ASAP! My dogs have way better behavior than them . They would’ve gotten no stars from me.
Cassandra was amazing during my IUD insertion. She explained everything, talked more about my options, and helped me make an informed decision about my care. They even had snacks to help avoid passing out. Felt very taken care of.
