Terrible they made and cancelled appointments with me 3x sending 25 automated text messages- telling me the system sent them in error - they take no responsibility for their errors and expect patients to keep being inconvenienced- not professional.
I am very pleased with Dr. Shea and all the staff at CCOG. I always recommend them for anyone looking for a new provider. Very satisfied and happy!
Love the group. Downstairs (ultrasound/ midwife) is the best medical experience I've ever had. Upstairs (OB/GYN) is great- short waits, thorough exams/ OB appointments. You get to meet all the OBs during your prenatal appointments and all of them are great and responsive to your needs.
FANTASTIC office, staff is so kind and understanding, I honestly do not think I would feel comfortable anywhere else. Nowadays you lose the personalized feel with the big companies taking over healthcare, NOT HERE.
