On my 1st visit with DR ANDREW MESSENGER for chronic low back and tailbone pain, the doctor crudely said he'd need to look at my anus & shave off my tailbone"—completely inappropriate and unprofessional, with no medical justification. Standard care should start with history, external exam, and imaging; jumping to invasive threats like that felt like a creepy boundary cross. Dr. Archbold has been our family doctor for years, and he continues to give us excellent care. He listens, and asks pertinent questions. The office staff is friendly and caring. We are able to get timely appointments.
