I made an appointment for an estimate and they didn’t show. After 30 minutes I called and was told that they were doing paperwork and forgot but would come soon. An hour later he showed up, walked through and said he’d email me an estimate. Four days later there was still no email. I called and someone else answered the phone saying “yea”. I asked about the email estimate and never heard back from them.
