Dr.Felson is by far one of the best doctors I've ever had. She's taken the time to truly figure out all my auto immune diseases and is always there for me
I went to CCI to get my blood drawn for lupus because my father has it, the 1st day they gave me a quiz for depression and told me i had it and i wanted to send papers to my school to have a service animal and the therapist told me that she would send it (she never did), which is fine, then the director of CCI called me themselves to apologize. then they told me i would get my blood drawn in a few days so i didnt eat like they said went in, and then they told me they couldnt do it unless i had symptoms, and also said they ha... read more
Very unhelpful front desk staff that barely knows how to answer phones or do their job, the office only has 1 psychiatrist for over 2 months now, and they don't make you aware when your physician is out of office, and constantly schedule you with someone new or less experienced after your first visit. Extremely frustrating place to work with.
