My experience was horrible at this location. The nutritionist that I was referred to did not demonstrate any care for the job or any effort to help me improve my lifestyle or overall health. When meeting with the nutritionist, all he did was hand me a paper with instructions like "do not eat sugary drinks, eat more vegetables, eat less carbohydrates, etc." Although I cannot remember word for word what the paper said, it was clearly premade by Christ Community and not at all curated to me, my lifestyle, dietary restrictions, ... read more
I'm new to Memphis, I moved here from Maryland. I suffer from hypertension and my meds ran out towards the end of December and was without for 2 months (I know, I know, I thank God Im still here). I made an appointment and saw Dr. Kara Thomas. She was super friendly, and very concerned as my blood pressure was definitely too high. The whole front staff is horrible they have such a bad attitude on both Dental and Medical . This is my nearest but I will be changing locations because of their ugly attitude. They never answer the phone or called back. I recently was seen on Broad Medical and they are wonderful!
I went to them yesterday for stomach pains. They didn’t give me any medicine! Told me to come back if my pain worsen. I went back today & the Doctor Wilson ask me why do I keep coming back! This the worst experience I ever had! I don’t RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE!!!! She still didn’t do anything to help me she told me to go to the EMERGENCY ROOM! They hire anyone at this place!
Terrible location. Was told they couldnt see me cuz NO WALK-INS are being taken today. I have a hurt back and they told me to go to a different location on broad. That location said that wasnt right and they shouldnt have done that. This is the 2nd time ive been shoveled off to another location by the Austin Peay Location. Crappy service and never answer the phones or call back. Just go to a different location of your a walk in, youll save a lot of time. Worst location that fails thwir patients regularly...
