Every time I call this clinic to schedule an appointment they answer the phone, take my information, then say let me place you on hold then I wait on hold then the call end EVERY single time Memphis really need better places that actually care about people health you would think a place with Christ in their name would be that place but nope a bunch of mean and nasty people that work under the name Christ filing a complaint goes nowhere and neither does requesting a supervisor or someone in charge they need to be closed just ... read more
I had an appointment on February 19, 2026 with Regina Jackson, a nurse practitioner. She was very rude, and her bedside manner was horrible. I've been coming to this location for years. I even did my externship for school there, and never had an experience like that before. She lacks compassion and she's literally there just for a pay check.
They have been my clinic for more than a decade.
