I had an appointment on February 19, 2026 with Regina Jackson, a nurse practitioner. She was very rude, and her bedside manner was horrible. I've been coming to this location for years. I even did my externship for school there, and never had an experience like that before. She lacks compassion and she's literally there just for a pay check.
They have been my clinic for more than a decade.
Wort clinic in Memphis. The people on the phone are ignorant saying my phone sound static but it’s literally her loud as background! one of the nurses poked herself trying to give my autistic daughter a shot. She was more worried about herself than the patient! The dr even forgot to send my child prescription to get filled so after that visit I had to take her to the ER just to get and actual prescription sent since it was the weekend ! Overall they fail at doing their job! How can y’all be so careless
