CCHC provides care for all types of patients. Unfortunately,  they take very little care for protecting those same patients. It used to be in pediatric clinics there was a well baby side and a sick baby side. This makes sense. With the advent of COVID you would think this would be initiated-no brainier. My husband went to see his doctor for a non transmit table issue and the doctor was sick as a dog and wearing no mask. Just want to say that I loved my experience at CCHC Havelock Urgent Care..not only did they fix me right up, they were caring and thorough and the entire staff from the lady that checked me in to the nurses and doctor is absolutely awesome...thank you all so much for helping me when I really needed it. On Oct 26th I went to Urgent Care because I had an abscess on my back. I first went in the morning, but it quickly filled up with coughing patients all sicker than I and after waiting an hour and a half, I decided to leave and try again later. At 3pm they called me and said they were not busy if I wanted to come back. I really appreciated that they followed up. I had no wait when I got there. I have had two colonoscopy procedures from Dr Healy after a good friend who is a retired surgeon recommended him. Both experiences were excellent. I’d rate them 10 stars.

Worst care ever - or lack of care. Rude and inconsiderate staff. Do not deserve the one star given. Wasted my time and money at this place. Find a place that you will receive quality care.

On Monday October 18 I visited CCHC Urgent Care to have my wrist examined as a result of a fall. I was seen by PA Prentiss Gross and was highly impressed with my visit! She is thorough, informative, compassionate and easy to talk to! I did not feel rushed with my visit, she took her time with me. Hopefully I don’t have to return to Urgent Care anytime soon, however, if that is the case certainly I would like to be seen by PA Gross! Great job, thanks so much.

I have been to CCHC Urgent Care several times for asthma flares. Because I had cough and congestion, the nurse practitioner came to my car to confirm that I was experiencing an asthma flare. They offered to test for Covid because they could not receive me to inside without a test. Since I have these symptoms in Spring and Fall every year and since they have treated me each time, we felt confident about the diagnosis and treatment, l believed the Covid test was unnecessary. Great service there overwhelmed but they have a good system.. wife where at different urgent care day before they where more interested in giving my wife COVID test we left she had to call them back to get meds But cchc UC was organized but my needs first as well as testing for COVID called my meds didn’t have to call them back to get help I give them a 10+.
