Had a great experience at my first visit with Dr. Woodruff. Everyone from the front office staff, to the assistant and lab staff were fantastic and friendly. Being new to the area I was nervous about finding a new primary care physician, but was happy to find this practice.
The office staff under the direction of the manager Nancy Higgins all who work for Dr. Brooke Livingston are uneducated and have no understanding in any capacities to be able ro work effectively with anyone afflicted with mental or emotional traumas.. The Doctor is ineffective and unable to help her mentally challenged patients in any effective capacity because her staff violates her authority at every turn and undermines basic human rights and proper care of anyone with a reactive disorder .you soon will be maltreated in th... read more
I have been profoundly impressed with this practice (have been with them for over 20 years). Before the Drs. Moore retired, they worked very hard to find replacement doctors who would continue to provide their excellent level of care. Having read stories about older patients not being taken seriously by younger doctors, I was apprehensive about my first visit with the new doctor, but I was delighted to find this not to be applicable here.
