I have been profoundly impressed with this practice (have been with them for over 20 years). Before the Drs. Moore retired, they worked very hard to find replacement doctors who would continue to provide their excellent level of care. Lied about accepting new patients under United Health Care at theend of last yr. Because of this my husband received a bill he shouldn't have. I also missed work and wasted time trying to take my daughter to an appt. here, because when i arrived they stated they arent accepting that insurance even though the appt was made with knowledge that United was the insurance company. Now after we have made 3 or 4 payments since receiving the bill, they are sending us nasty letters saying we havent paid our bill in "several months". J... read more
Had a great experience at my first visit with Dr. Woodruff. Everyone from the front office staff, to the assistant and lab staff were fantastic and friendly. Being new to the area I was nervous about finding a new primary care physician, but was happy to find this practice.
These doctors actually care about people, not money and just rushing you through. I am very impressed with how they have treated me and my family. Every time I am there, my doctor looks me in the eyes when she talks with me and even remembers to ask about things in my personal life. She correctly diagnosed me and then even sent me to a specialist to confirm (just to make me feel better). The specialist told me the exact same diagnosis .
