CCHC is an amazing psychiatrist office. The office is so professional looking but with a laid-back vibe. The entire staff is always so helpful and friendly. They always greet me with a smile and get you checked in for your appointment, super quick. They're always a pleasure to talk to. I tried to stay with my Psychiatrist from LeChris of Newbern, when I had to cancel my appointment due to my son having Hand, Foot and Mouth which is highly contagious. (the Monday after THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY BREAK, so tell me how I was supposed to cancel before then?). The person over the phone said I had to pay the $25 same-day cancel fee to be able to reschedule. Some total crap and never had that issue with LeChris when something with my children happens. Taking my business elsewhere.
I am so thrilled that CCHC finally added the missing healthcare piece - psychiatry. I have been with Dr Christopher Harris at a previous facility for over a year. He is the BEST and I have seen many along my 13 yr battle. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge to give. Dr Harris is not one to push meds on you but will make recommendations and actually listens to you and makes you feel that you matter.
