Attentive staff, caring and supportive.
The extent of my comments provided below are based on my frustrations over the entire past year at problems with CCHC's billing system and now, with the problems in the transition to the new online system. I'm hoping that by virtue of having written this review along with sending a letter to CCHC that I can get my problems rectified in a timely manner.
