We absolutely love renting from Twyla. She is an amazing landlord, and treats her tenants very well. We've been renting from her since we moved here over a year ago and are on our second house from her and We've had nothing but an amazing experience through her, Steven the maintenance manager gets work orders taken care of in a timely matter and has excellent communication with you about them, they always have the nicest techs come out, very respectful and fast. I had seen a listing for lease on Zillow and inquired to tour. I didn’t receive a response until days later but we were still very interested. I expressed the times we were available and someone reached out and set a time to view. The day comes so naturally I’m emailing and calling to make sure we are still on for the tour. No one answers. I recently moved from WA state, so I had to do a video tour prior to moving. I will never do that again, especially with a company like this! The house had issue after issue! Broken Deadbolts on front and back door that took days to address. Broken fence in the back allowing the neighbors dog access. Water leaked through the ceiling after it rained.
