I would give 10 thousand stars if Google would let me!!!!! The CC Birth Center is literally amazing. I had my first baby with them (he's 4mo now!) and there's not a single thing I would change or do differently. I met Kris right before I miscarried (before I had my son) and she met with me even afterwards to help me process everything, make sure I was okay, that everything had passed, and what I could or needed to do going forward. I can not say enough good things about the Corpus Christi Birth Center and their team. I had a VBAC there this year and could not have done it without Kris and her students. I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the midwife Kris and the love and care from everyone involved. I've had 4 c-section births. Going into each new pregnancy I always mentioned the opportunity for a VBAC; immediate no. With my 5th pregnancy God led me to Kris. It was the very first time I ever spoke to a midwife and the very first time I wasn't cut off at the mention of VBAC (I was shocked!). I had the best, most beautiful and peaceful home birth in July with Kris! This is my first baby, and Kris and her staff were so helpful throughout my entire pregnancy and postpartum. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a midwife or an alternative to the traditional hospital birth.
