Do not use this company. They are in cahoots with Lennar builders and with a 3 year warranty our building has 10-15 cracked tiles per unit with poor quality workmanship around the vents. They continue to state ‘THE ROOF IS FINE’ with other roofing contractors ( I have videos and estimates) state the roof needs to be fixed. The MAJOR REASON FOR CRACKED TILES IS POOR QUALITY WORKMANSHIP. D0 NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They are absolutely the best! Our roof was in very bad condition and they did an excellent job - we’re extremely pleased with the new one!!!
