First service on the 2025 rav4 The service department is great .
I'm so happy I can trust a local dealership to service my Toyota's.. Matt the service representative, has been nothing but spectacular.
Went in to have the oil changed. 21point check the say was done. Come home and lifted the hood to find out that fluids were low and hadn't been topped off and battery had corrosion on it we hadn't been informed that they were low or about the corrosion. The service manager was informed about this and didn't want to fix the problem. He acted like we was stupid and walked away from us and didnt return.
