Brian Bradley does an excellent job in taking care of me with all of my service needs for all of my vehicles. I also want to point out that Rola, at the front desk, is always helpful, very nice and courteous to everyone that comes through your doors. You need more workers like these two. I come back here because of the service these two provide to me every time I come here!!! Thank you!!!

Repair of the blower motor in the dashboard. Thankfully, it was covered under our Extra warranty we had purchased with the car. Thank you, Jason Varner!It was handled efficiently by the service department. Thank you, Brian Bradley!

Took grand cherokee in to have ac looked at. Was quoted $1600 to repair. Had spent $800 the day before on my pick up. Can not afford ac at this time.

Service is not great, a lot of sitting around when I could clearly see my car was done but sat there for another 20 minutes waiting on someone to come get me. Everything takes at least an hour, even for just a tire rotation. I have been a loyal customer but I think this last visit will be my last. I will pay my money to a company that care about their customers. C&C was far superior to the current owners.
