The behavior of the owners employee ( her husband) is unacceptable! Too bad the owner can’t control her verbally abusive employee (her husband) who feels he can intimidate a 19 year old girl with his angry behavior. Shame on them Both!
After having to hear the owners husband telling my brother to “shut the f**k up” and getting in my face as well as my brothers, after trying to talk to him I will never go back to this business ever again. After having a appointment at 1:00 today , I show up, I talk to 2 different people who were speaking for the owner (who was working on a car that unexpectedly showed up.. not scheduled) to find out I needed to come back 3 - 4 hours later in order to tweak my amp. Do not recommend. Had speakers and deck put in. Got my vehicle back center console not out in correctly both a pillar plastic trim clips broken and trim falling off. Called left a message with no call back. Once I sent pictures then it was just text. Was told I could go back and he would fix but can’t fix broken parts without new ones and he didn’t offer to replace. The way the car left was awful and I refuse to go back to them to fix due to them braking my vehicle once that I now have to pay to get done correctly.
RecommendedI have had 3 individual remote car starters put into 3 different cars. I couldn’t have asked for nicer people, great prices and done in a timely manner. I would recommend CCSoundz Car Stereo to anyone looking for quality work. This is definitely the place to go for your car needs.
