Wow! Such a great group of people offering great customer service. From the office to the rock yard, everyone is very friendly, helpful and does whatever they can to make your experience top notch!
Went there for pricing, was referred to a QR code. Left and discovered the QR code doesnt have most of the materials on the site. Had to call anyway. So customer service could be improved. Yard looked clean and easily accessible but the prices were far higher than some of the other local landscape supply companies around....much higher.
Call was put on hold for 8 1/2 minutes basically the amount of time that it took me to drive over there I get over there, I walk in the office, there's three men in the office and not a single one bothered to answer the phone...
