Customer service here is top notch! Kristine does an amazing job sourcing out products and answering any questions we have. We will definitely be coming here for all of our needs.
We recently ordered 6 tons of 3/4" Desert River Rock to be delivered and unfortunately the truck dumped the wrong size rock (1.5"!!) even though the correct one was on the invoice. We're pretty easy going, but I'm not going to lie, we were like "WTF DO WE DO NOW?". The driver, Dave, called the office and told us the Manager, Jimmy, could be calling and he did within minutes.
