As an owner, i would chose someone else in rapid city or box elder to manage your properties. First off, I asked them to give me a heads up over any maintenance issues that arose so I could attempt to fix them first before they use "their guys" and charge me $60/hour. Did they do that? No. I also don't understand how that's a reasonable price for maintenance. Did these repair men go to medical school or something?
