Wish I would have known there was no refunds! I got my nails done friday of last week. Same day one of my nails broke... I had to go back to get it fixed. I went back and drove with 40 mins of traffic... only for two more nails to break of the following day. the shop is located in a super congested area where traffic is horrible, going back every time for broken nails when they arent even a week old is not realistic and a huge inconvenience for a mommy of 2!
