I've never written a review before but my experience here was so poor I felt like I had to. Firstly, the haircuts were of middling quality and inconsistent, with some cuts being quite uneven, but that wouldn't have warranted this review on its own. What was really bad however, was that I came here multiple times and booked an appointment each time, thinking I would give it another chance each time. Really good with toddler haircut. Pleasant experience to visit.
I'm always happy with the haircut and the professional service of this studio. Connie is kind, caring, and thoughtful in every interaction. She is a talented and devoted stylist that takes the time to make your haircut perfect. Highly recommended.
The more you go, the worse the haircuts get. Sometimes the owner rushes to finish, even though you booked an appointment.
