The absolute WORST contractor I’ve ever used! Carlos agreed to stucco the inside and outside of my wall for $7000…paid half when half was done the other half when the job was complete. He threatened to knock on my customer’s door after dark on a Saturday night if I didn’t meet him at the job and pay him right then and the job wasn’t even half done!
