After being highly recommended by reputable community leaders, Severely disappointed in the management office. I felt as if they treated me as if I couldn’t read my voucher or do basic math, despite multiple communications with HPD in determining if I was able to look for particular apartments and being told yes.
-Very poor staff & communications with tenants. -Unprofessional 'leaders'; C. Rodriguez & Y. Chalas -Disgusting conditions violating health & sanitation.
The worst housing ever! Nobody answers the phone and messages are never answered. I go to the office and all I get is “yes, someone will call you or someone will be there”. The so called renovated apartments in Edenwald are not even properly constructed. C&C is nothing but a scam! The NYCHA was not the best in the world but at least they actually worked.
