She’s like the terminator, go with her if you want the house. One quick meeting to get to know each other and what we were looking for in a house and bam non stop choices and viewings. When we started to zero in on a place she took no breaks to make the process go as fast and smooth as possible. If we weren’t happy with something she terminated it lol. For the location and it being our first house we couldn’t be any happier thanks to cc
Horrible person, sold me and my wife unbuildable land knowing very well our intentions. She's monopolized a whole area of unbuildable lots and instead of helping owners fix the issue, she turns around and resells for more money. Legally she's protected herself, but ethically she should be stripped of her license and never be allowed to sell another property. And not just us, a handful of other lot owners in the same area over the years. She's related to the same shady developer who was in a lawsuit about them some years back... read more
