Beware!!!! Never use this guy! I called all over trying to get my kitchenaid mixer fixed. Finally I got a hold of this guy who said he could fix it. He came and picked it up on a Saturday along with the $25 diagnostic fee and said he would call me by Tuesday with a quote. Well needles to say I waited a week after the agreed upon date to start calling him to see what the status of my mixer was. Never got a call back.
