The gate sensors need work. Sometimes you have to drive so close to the gate in order for it to open or backup to move your car over enough to trip the sensor.

I tried to get a storage unit for my car and I had cash in hand. Filled out all the paperwork and was told there was an issue with the door and they would let me know. THAT WAS OVER 2 weeks ago. Never go there
