I have a great ongoing therapy experience with CBT Wellness! They really want you to match up well with your therapist, so you can read all the bios and areas of specialty each has to see who you prefer, and then can have free intro sessions to get a feel for the person before committing to a full session. The sessions being virtual makes it so convenient to do from the comfort of my home and easier to fit into your schedule without needing to commute to it. Very disappointed. The dietitian I saw was lovely and I had high hopes going into my appointment. However, after a 50-minute session that cost $155, I didn’t receive any follow-up resources, notes, or a suggested meal plan.
