I wasn’t the biggest believer in therapy and didn’t know what to expect but my experience with Esra has been amazing!!!! Esra created a safe space where I could be myself and understand myself and felt understood and challenged to grow. I’m really grateful for the whole experience and would recommend highly to others
I have a great ongoing therapy experience with CBT Wellness! They really want you to match up well with your therapist, so you can read all the bios and areas of specialty each has to see who you prefer, and then can have free intro sessions to get a feel for the person before committing to a full session. The sessions being virtual makes it so convenient to do from the comfort of my home and easier to fit into your schedule without needing to commute to it. Very disappointed. The dietitian I saw was lovely and I had high hopes going into my appointment. However, after a 50-minute session that cost $155, I didn’t receive any follow-up resources, notes, or a suggested meal plan.
i initially started my therapy journey in 2021, but i never found myself to be consistent or wanting to return to therapy after each session i had. unfortunately, this led me to cancel sessions, dreading when i had a session booked / had homework to complete, and never returning emails. since restarting my therapy journey towards the end of 2024, i’m so appreciative and grateful to say this is no longer the case. since seeing esra, my friends and family have noticed my progress with my mental health/state - because of that, ... read more
