Great experience from the minute I contacted them about a car and after the purchase, always willing to help. HB and Patrick at the Roxboro location are the best! Service center in Durham and main office are excellent as well, very friendly , caring trustworthy people!
They don't want to Offer you anything for your car
Have purchased several vehicles from CBS and it’s always been an easy process. Everyone has always been very professional and very helpful each time. Will continue to buy our vehicles from them.
Dealership lied about promotional deals I would rather travel to Raleigh or Durham for better deals.
My wife and I bought a 2018 Hyundai Tucson from CBS and a day later we learned that a rod was knocking in the engine. The service manager, Mike Satterfield, basically said that their thirty day warranty only covers damage to the engine only if it was damaged after purchasing. Long story short, we were sold a car with a bad motor and they are willing to do nothing to fix it.
