If I could give 0 stars I would. Special ordered a door from these folks through my local builders supply company. Sent the necessary specifications via email to the company, which appears to have been ignored. The door was ordered in May and arrived in June. The problem is that it didn't fit. CBS was notified in July that the door did not fit and needed a new frame. Here it is the end of September and no replacement frame. I heard indirectly that my frame went to someone else because they were the squeaky wheel. Totally una... read more
