I worked with Marc Fredrick on a deal in Hillcrest. We had a 5 year lease with 5 year extension. The landlord was offered a higher rate from the down stairs tentant and Marc and his team did everything possible to avoid the extension. Watch out for Marc and anyone he associates with.
I manage multiple properties and have been pleased with their agents, they are always very professional to work with. I have had a few unpleasant experiences with our prior company we had and the agents wouldn't show up for walkthroughs and such, but CBRE is great.
Unless your interested in expensive property they want nothing to do with you.
Scott worked with me and my wife to find our dream home in Carmel Valley. He was very patient with us as we where very particular in what we wanted in our home. He was also instrumental in helping us selling the house we moved out also. I recommend Scott to all my friends and famliy now. Thanks Scott.
